Korean Dipping Sauce
2 T soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T rice vinegar
2 t gochugaru (Korean chile flakes)
1 t sesame oil
1 t green onion, chopped
1 t sesame seeds
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
