Frozen Bellinis
* 3/4 cup champagne, plus a bit to be generous
* 2 tbsp lipton peach crystals
* a couple glugs of rum
* just enough ice for Chris to worry about his blender
blend. Add more ice. Blend.
Try peach schnapps as well.
